Tuition & Billing

We realize that choosing to invest in a TACA education is a sacrifice for some of our families. It is an important choice that all of us make, as parents, to ensure our students are provided an excellent, Christ-centered education that will prepare them to be tomorrow’s Christian leaders.

Make A Donation

Please join us in praying that God will provide for our families in need. We ask that you consider making a donation to enable Tennessee Avenue Christian Academy to continue offering an excellent academic program based on a Biblical world view. Together we are truly training tomorrow’s Christian leaders!

Gifts can be made directly to the scholarship fund.

Tennessee Avenue Christian Academy is a non-profit 501(c) 3.

All unrestricted gifts are tax deductible. 

Tuition
(Kindergarten - 12th Grade)

TACA has always worked diligently to keep the cost of tuition at an affordable rate and minimize any additional fees throughout the year. As such, TACA has one of the lowest private school tuition rates by far. The average private school tuition in Tennessee as of 2026 is $13,584 for elementary schools and $14,761 for high schools. 

 

TACA offers an annual tuition rate of $5500. 

 

Our one-time enrollment fee is $250.

We are partners with you on this educational journey and truly believe our students will be well prepared for the future.

Tuition (Early Childhood)

Full day tuition includes lunch for all children not still on baby food.  For two & three year olds, the monthly $25 fee includes two snacks daily each month. Prices are based on your child’s age on August 15th. The price will remain the same throughout the year unless your child is moved to another room. 

6 weeks – 12 months: $205 per week

 

12 months – 24 months: $195 per week

2 year olds: $185 per week

3 year olds: $175 per week ($10.00 additional charge per  week  until  completely potty trained.)

$65 per year TACA Fee

$25 snack fee due monthly for two & three year olds

Afterschool Program & Meals

We provide afterschool care and activities for students K4 - 12th Grade every weekday until 5:00pm. 

Weekly rate: $150

Monthly rate: $550

Families have the option of providing a packed lunch and snack for their children, or may choose to sign them up for school lunches. TACA offers a variety of nutritious daily meal options to help keep our students healthy are energized.

Tuition Assistance

We at Tennessee Avenue Christian Academy are committed to provide tuition assistance for those who need it.  For financial aid and grant, we encourage you to visit the TADS website link and apply. 

We would like to make an excellent Christian education available to all families. As such, TACA has made available a needs-based scholarship program. This assistance will be awarded based on financial need with a financial assessment completed by the TADS Grant and Aid Program.  Scholarship is available on a “first come first served” basis. We encourage all families to apply for financial aid, if needed.

Tennessee Avenue Christian Academy has established a generous tuition assistance program, however, our funding is limited.

STEP ONE

Complete the online application for each child you wish to enroll here.

STEP TWO

Complete the TADS Grant & Aid assessment form.

STEP THREE

Family Interview will be scheduled.

STEP FOUR

You will be notified in writing of eligibility and acceptance.  Acceptance is based on eligibility as determined by TADS Grant and Aid in the order in which applications are received.
